Hello,
Awhile ago I introduced myself on here (oh, and freaked out about Familial Hypercholesterolemia, but after doing some research on it I have calmed down about that) and expressed my interest in trying MMS despite being relatively young (now 30) and not having any serious/life-threatening conditions (although ASD is there, and then there's also the associated depression, anxiety, and generally just not having a lot of energy).
I am now equipped with a water distiller that I got in preparation for taking MMS1, and I have recently received both my 100ml bottle of HCL 4% activator (Analytical reagent grade) and my 100ml bottle of MMS. I purchased them in dark, glass bottles with the droppers kept separate, from Sacred Purity. When I do finally get around to making a commitment, I do commit.
A couple months prior, I read through all of Jim Humble's book, and now I am reading over the relevant parts (i.e. Starting Protocol, and Protocol 1000), as well as precautionary measures.
One thing that is heavily emphasized is making sure to take a dose each hour for a consecutive 8 hours, without any eating during or soon before/soon after. I will be able to do this soon when going on Protocol 1000, but by going on a later sleep schedule (for example, taking doses from 8pm to 4am). Jim Humble's book has a section titled "Food and Drink to Avoid When on an MMS Protocol." Is it absolute that all of these things (for example, milk) must be avoided for the entire day, or do they follow the rule of "do not take them less than 2 hours before starting MMS, or wait 2 hours to have any after stopping MMS for the day"?
