Howdy all,

While performing my 4th or 5th liver flush, I noticed something odd. On "apple day" my urine took on an intense pesticide type odor! I'm detoxing mold and heavy metals so strange urine smells are somewhat normal but this was very different.

This liver flush was clean (no stones or gunk) so I wonder if my body was telling me to focus on my kidneys next.

I read that malic acid chelates aluminum and lead (I have both) so perhaps I knocked a bunch loose on apple day?

Does anyone have any thoughts or recommendations for a good kidney flush protocol?
