also can you suggest some good brand of ozonated olive oil. I need more quantity as I don't think I can budget for so many things and their purchase on a monthly basis. I need something that I can use for a longer period.
A forum poster said they were quoted $8000 to have an unavoidable root canal but said a Nurse recommended they try ozonated olive oil. They said their dentist laughed and said try it but it won't work. They tried it and said their abscess went away over night. That is obviously a best case scenario and no idea if it will work for everyone, or how long it might take. Read this:

Read this to identify high quality ozonated oils because some on the market are useless:

The one I recommend is from Nutriscript also known as the Detox people. If you can't get those then PurO3 Ozonated Olive Oil might be worth trying. Stay away from any ozonated olive oil that is still brown. One 100ml jar is all you need and it will last for ages. If you use the ozonated olive oil and oil pull with it, it has the potential to cure it. You can keep many dental problems away by using ozonated olive oil as a tooth paste and then oil pulling with it daily.
This one is good for dental health:

But this one can be used too since it's just the ozonated olive oil without the added dental ingredients:

Just be sure to store it away from sunlight in a cool dark place. It is also a good idea to supplement with vitamin C powder because the gums this to stay healthy. Just be careful of the acidity. You can rinse with sodium bicarbonate after, or use a vitamin C that is already buffered with sodium bicarbonate.
