I just started an MMS protocol. I’m wondering about antioxidants, I’ve read that you aren’t supposed to have antioxidants while using MMS. So does that mean I have to avoid red onion and tomatoes and other antioxidant rich foods AND antioxidant supplements? Thank you

I hope so because all of the healthy food I eat are these foods on the antioxidant list. As it is I've been strictly detoxing with a healthier diet and I had to cut out so much. Beans, strawberries, blueberries, Kale, etc are all on the list. I think the foods Jim lists specifically in his book are what to stay away from for the most part.

Chlorine Dioxide doesn't stay in your system for longer than an hour, so the solution is to avoid eating anything with antioxidants until one hour after you finish your last dose of MMS for the day. Vitamin C, however, can stay in your system for days, so eliminating that while taking MMS is recommended.

When talking of bit C remaining in the body for days we have to discern between background plasma levels which do hang around for days and are there probably all the time when we take in our low levels of ascorbate as the RDA.
As opposed to therapeutic doses of vit C (ascorbate) which are measured in the 10s to 100s of grammes per day taken in regular smaller doses. The half life of this in the body is about 30 mins. If the ascorbate isn't used by the body in its healing (it's a great antiviral - a good competitor to CD) the body rejects it. Vit C is its own great feedback mechanism. A great web site for this info is Andrew Saul's doctoryourself.com. I digress.
Given that CD works outside of the 2hr window suggested by Humble, presumably the background plasma levels of ascorbate are either irrelevant or are knocked out. No idea which.
Here's a basic paper. journals.plos.org/plosmedicine/article?id=10.1371/journal.pmed.0020307

I'm new here, and could be wrong. I've been dealing with long haulers without mms. My supplements for this regimine include, buffered vitamin c, pycnogenol, ECGC, and NAC. I'm taking mms for a few weeks now and at the end of the day I feel really inflammed. I've been taking mms mid day, and after four hours of last dose I take all those supplements, and then go to sleep, wait a couple of hours, and then take MMS. I really feel like the antioxidants have been helping me not to be too inflammed from mms, gets rid of the aches and pains from all the oxidation, and I feel like I'm still making improvements. It's hard to say how long something stays in your system, but just see if you are making progress or not.

Hello MNPatriot74. It's recommended to read Jim Humble's book "Health Recovery Guide". It's here for you, a free download:
MMS Health Recovery Guide Book by Jim Humble - PDF Drive  On page 55 Jim writes:
"If taking supplements, it is very important to space them out from the times you are taking your MMS doses by at least two hours, or even more if you can. Never take supplements at the same time you take your MMS dose".

Oh my, what have I done?! I've thrown Jim into poverty, he lost his ranch, his horses.
I'm now forever in debt, suffering sleepless nights. Oh my!
What were you doing when you shared this?

Isn't it appropriate to refer to Jim Humble's guidebook?
It's what I do 90% of the time, and have done so many times.
How convenient for you to find me out with this link, isn't it?

Those of us that lack a sense of humour are most cold at heart and in mind.
Remember the characteristics of a sociopath? Always talking, beginning
sentences with "you" and "your". It's clear to me that you cry crocodile tears.
