Montyniranjan,
Yes I did get sick for 36 hours about 18 months ago. I occasionally run out of CDS (I make my own) and had to skip a day or two of my maintenance protocol. That time I got very sick with heavy coughing and the whole Covid symptom list. I thought to myself "If I have Covid, I won't survive 10 days of this". It was the worst "cold" I'd ever had. As it happens, the very day I started getting symptoms, I had also started back on my maintenance protocol. I was completely free of symptoms after 36 hours. It's as though it never happened.
That was the only time in the last 3 years that I've been sick. This protocol also helps keep my minor arthritis symptoms under control.
In addition to the maintenance protocol, I also nebulize CDS every week or two, or more often if I think I might have had contact with a sick person (grandchildren especially).
What is your diet like?
If you get terribly sick from just a cold or flu maybe you are relying too much on CD.
Maybe you are starving your body of good food and replacing it with a heavy reliance on CD.
I never get sick and only use CD when something crops up, which is never. We eat healthy.
