I started MMS a while back and felt like hell....made myself some CDS following Andreas K. method and have been taking that- 10ml in one liter of water per day....I have not had any unfavorable reactions- I just watched a video with Mark Grennon and Kelli Rivera that was posted on Brighteon and Kelli Rivera felt that MMS was the more favorable route of treatment in her practice for treating Autism....I got the impression that maybe MMS was somehow more potent- Just wondering if anyone has any evidence that MMS is a better or more potent option than CDS. I have no major issues or health problems that I am trying to cure- I am just trying to detox my body and be as proactive as I can in my total health- What do you all think? Thank You

I'm a fan of CDS, and take a maintenance dose of 18 ml in each liter of water, 2 liters per day. Yes, CDS can give a burning sensation in your throat if the dosage is high enough. You just need to find the right dosage for you.

"MMS" (MMS1) and CDS are basically the same thing, just different versions.

MMS1 only activates about 10% or so upon mixing and the rest activates as much as it can
in your stomach using your HCL gastric fluids, which could be low or high, depending on the person.

CDS is fully activated, so it is, in effect, if not actuality, "stronger".

I use 24,000 ppm CDS, so it is a drop-for-drop equivalent for MMS1, but it is fully activated.
(other people use 3,000 ppm CDS, so they have to take more for equivalent)
MMS1 wasn't working well for me, so I thought I might have a gastric acid issue.
CDS is working well, as one would expect.

Are you reading and following Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guide Book"?

In there, he says that if MMS burns your throat, you might have a mold/fungus issue
that should be taken care of "first", because there are apparently some molds/fungi
that MMS can't remove, and they can cause the MMS to not work well.

I had that problem. So I did the Bentonite Clay Protocol and that caused the
MMS to not burn my throat anymore. (lived in a MOLDY mobilehome, which was
at least part of my health problems)

You can also pour a little SELTZER water in your MMS to help with the pH.
It's not supposed to negatively affect the MMS.

The Bentonite Clay tastes like swamp water, but, if you pour some Seltzer water
in it, it tastes MUCH better.

I would think this information should 'fix' your problems and answer your questions.

Thanks for the reply and thorough explanation- I started out using MMS....I was able to tolerate the taste....it did not burn my throat....but I noticed that I had SUCH BLACK moods.....I was soooo cranky....It wiped me out and I would sleep for 10 hours and still feel like hell.....just bad....and cranky....since I have to work with the general public I switched to CDS.....much better....but no side effects at all.....I was just concerned that perhaps it wasn't as potent as MMS....that video I watched with Mark Grennon and Kelli gave me the impression that perhaps MMS was a little better......thats why I reached out....wanted to hear what everyone else was doing....

Montyniranjan,

Yes I did get sick for 36 hours about 18 months ago.  I occasionally run out of CDS (I make my own) and had to skip a day or two of my maintenance protocol.  That time I got very sick with heavy coughing and the whole Covid symptom list.  I thought to myself "If I have Covid, I won't survive 10 days of this".  It was the worst "cold" I'd ever had.  As it happens, the very day I started getting symptoms, I had also started back on my maintenance protocol. I was completely free of symptoms after 36 hours. It's as though it never happened.

That was the only time in the last 3 years that I've been sick. This protocol also helps keep my minor arthritis symptoms under control.

In addition to the maintenance protocol, I also nebulize CDS every week or two, or more often if I think I might have had contact with a sick person (grandchildren especially).

MMS can be used on burns. So, MMS already has some special properties. No chlorine dioxide involved, as it is pre-activation - it is sodium chlorite dissolved in water.

MMS1 still has sodium chorite in it while CDS has not.

I'm just saying that outside of the chlorine dioxide component, MMS1 may have some extra beneficial effects thanks to its sodium chlorite component.
