Mold protocol was created by Cicki-Stina
Hi, I´m doing the Mold protocol and just today started step 4.. to take clay and MMS in sparkling water. However, I dont feel the effect of the MMS when taking it this way. Normally I herx, I get a herxheimers reaction, quite strong after just taking plain MMS... but w adding clay in sparkling water I feel nothing. So I rather take them seperatly. Could I maybe take them both hourly but w 30 minutes apart you think? TIA

Hello Cicki-Stina. Funny, when reading your question about taking the clay and MMS separately with 30 minutes in between, I've asked a question here about taking 2 substances daily also. I was advised, after taking MMS (maintenance daily dose) to wait for at least 1 hour, after ingesting another substance. Why? Because the presence of MMS is gone after 1 hour, and so, after that there's no risk of a clash between the two substances.
May I ask why you come to the conclusion that it's better to take both clay and MMS separately when you don't notice a Herxheimer effect while taking them both in one go? Isn't that a fortunate thing to experience? Maybe I missed something in your comment?
The Herxheimer effect, according to Jim Humble, is a reaction of the body making clear that the detoxification process is too intense, too fast, and that the dose should be lowered to a level where that reaction doesn't show up, gradually increasing the dose while watching any physical discomfort.
