It's a job to know what to take and what not to. I do take calcium and magnesium.  I take magnesium at night as well as morning because l have such severe cramps that the pain stops me from sleeping and my toes curl up so bad that l can't even lay down, so the magnesium stops this.  I understand what you're saying about feeding the parasites but it's trying to balance things out.  I will have to find where Jim humble states about the vitamins as l must have missed this section. The vitamins l take are vitamin d, calcium and c.  I am past menopause age and don't take hrt because it disagrees with me so need to be careful as l don't want osteoporosis.  My hip replacement came from an accident when l was a child.

immune system. MMS takes unwanted pathogens and parasites out of your body with great efficiency but it provides no nutritional minerals or vitamins. Maintain intake of friendly micro-organisms (acidophilus, and other flora). MMS itself does not kill intestinal friendly micro-organisms but forceful diarrhea can sometimes reduce their numbers. Similarly, maintain intake of minerals – especially calcium and magnesium.I have just read this about taking nutrition and the person writing it took it from Jim Humbles book, so l think as long as you gi e 2 hours either side of mms then apparently it is vital to continue calcium and magnesium.

Good to hear other people are experiencing this. I've been on protocol 1000 of MMS for 5 weeks and noticing my hips inflamed as well. As soon as I get off the drops the pain goes away. I asked this question in other forms and noone has heard of this side effect. I'm trying to knock out the herpes so probably need to be on this protocol for 6 months to 1 year but this hip pain makes me feel like I'm 90 years old.
If anybody figures out how to eliminate the hip pain let me know.

Thank you

I'm doing 4 drops of MMS an hour for usually 7 or 8 hours a day. Since this hip pain has been so painful i was considering cutting in half. Its making it difficult to surf, moto and everything else active in my life

I think you're doing too much, l believe it's 3 drops per hour.  I was only a le to do 1 drop and only reached 7 drops even then l herxed badly, l have turned to salt c protocol, l can manage that better.

when you lowered the amount to 1 drop did it help? Some people on a telegram channel told me to take hot baths so i went to the jacuzzi jets at my gym and sat in there for 15 mins and that seemed to help a bit. Another person said magnesium is needed.

I'm gonna see if reducing two drops helps the hip pain

I've only ever been able to take 1 drop. I take magnesium and have also increased my magnesium to 2000mg daily. I take 1500mg glutathione daily, reduced type but as l mentioned l have gone onto the salt c protocol for lyme as it seems to be more forgiving.
