I have read Jim Humble's book several times now and am about to finish the Starting Procedure. I came across this forum and have now discovered the Kalcker website. I noticed that the Protocols A-K are different and don't require hourly activation ( which is a royal PITA). Is it better to stick with the hourly activation if I am just sitting around at home and can easily do it?Also, I have also come across some websites that detail all sorts of things you shouldn't eat before you take CDS- essentially saying you can only eat gluten free grits and cassava flour LOL. Jim said to wait 20-30 min after eating before you take MMS, but these sites were saying oh no, if you ate any protein, fat, sugar etc etc you must wait 4 hours. So, which is it? Are you guys eating and waiting a half hour or are you on a water fast during the 8 hours? Thanks so much for any replies. Oh and I am a physician- so if I can help with any doctor type questions I would be happy to- my specialty is/was ( I am retired) anesthesia/pain management. I had to retire due to my becoming a chronic pain patient myself, I am taking the MMS for the arthritis I have from hemochromatosis ( an iron storage disease). Lynda
