Yes, I use magnesium chloride daily. I have a tub of Heiltropfen 2 Pounds / 907 g Magnesium Chloride Powder in my medicine cabinet for the reasons mentioned in your link! At a time like this, everyone should have some spare. I also have magnesium chloride lotion (BetterYou) and I make spray bottles from the magnesium chloride flakes with distilled water and alovera juice. It's easy to use transdermally. Magnesium chloride is considered one of the best forms for medical use but most talk about the forms such as oxide and citrate because they think of oral use. I rarely use magnesium orally, much easier to just use a spray and it's proven in studies to absorb even better that way. However, you can use it orally with sodium bicarbonate to deal with viral infection.
The Heavy Guns of Magnesium
Magnesium is strongly related to the immune system in both nonspecific and specific immune responses, also known as innate and acquired immune response. Dr. Raul Vergini says, “Magnesium chloride has a unique healing power on acute viral and bacterial diseases. It cured polio and diphtheria, which was the main subject of my magnesium book. Every few hours, a few grams of magnesium chloride will clear nearly all acute illnesses. I have seen a lot of flu cases healed in 24-48 hours with 3 grams of magnesium chloride taken every 6-8 hours.”
Here is a good list of the other forms of magnesium:
This article reviews 10 various forms of magnesium, as well as their uses.
