From the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook:
Though water is the ideal, if you cannot rake MMS with water only, because the taste bothers you, some (not all) natural juices are OK to use if they do not have harmful preservatives and/or added Vitamin C or ascorbic acid, as this will cancel out the effectiveness of MMS1. Fresh juice is best. We have found apple, grape, and cranberry juice to work well with MMS1, but again, it should be natural, without preservatives and have no added Vitamin C (or ascorbic acid). Never use orange or tangerine juice in any form with MMS1.
So, apple, grape, and cranberry, for sure, providing they’re preservative-free and have no added Vitamin C/ascorbic acid. Since citrus juices are naturally high in Vitamin C, I imagine grapefruit juice should be added to orange and tangerine in the NO category.
I am currently dosing with apple juice, not full strength. I was pleasantly surprised to find it very easy to get a 2-3 drop does down in 4 oz. of water plus just 2 oz. of apple juice! I think 4 oz. of full-strength juice would be way too much sugar (for ME, definitely), and also quite expensive. I may even try dropping it down to 4 oz. of water plus only 1 oz. of apple juice.
I have not *tested* this apple juice, as recommended in the book, to be sure the MMS1 is retaining its potency, though I know I should. And will. But meantime, I’m pretty confident my doses are working based on the effect on my intestines. Nonetheless, it’s a good idea to test, even when you’ve read the juice label carefully and don’t see any objectionable additives.
