When people start treatment with MMS, they should start with the starting protocol.  For exact information on that and many other topics related to MMS, go to mmsinfo.org and look under the protocols box for Protocol Starting Procedure. That PDF outlines the starting protocol that should be followed. Starting too fast can cause Herx symptoms.

Take the time to read all about MMS on that website.

I highly recommend you get Jim Humble’s MMS Health Recovery Guidebook! You can get it online, but I recommend the hard copy, because you’ll want to consult it often, and it’s easier to jump around in a hard copy.

It’s important to pick a protocol and follow it to the letter, if you want results. It’s okay to start slow and stay with a low dose for as long as you need to, so don’t worry about having to take more than you can handle. But while the protocols are all fairly simple, there’s a lot to know, such as making sure you’re using water that’s not neutralizing your doses, and what alternatives to water (or mixed with water) can be safely used as well. And there are foods, drinks, and supplements you need to avoid during your dosing hours, timing of when you do eat during your dosing hours, and how *much* you can eat while dosing. You need to know how long to stay on each protocol and when it might be time to move to the next, if needed.

In other words, there’s a lot to know, and trying to find it here, in bits and pieces, is not going to serve you well.

Best of luck finding the right path to healing!
