Hello! I started my grandmother and myself on the MMS drops about two and a half weeks ago. She has dementia, congestive heart failure, had high blood pressure for years, artery blockages, poor circulation, and who knows what all else. I took her off some of her meds a few months ago (doctor gave me the third degree, checked my calendar of her vitals and health-related notes, then agreed she didn't need it). I was still giving her all her regular meds a couple hours before MMS drops and a couple hours after, when we were doing the initial startup protocol, but I backed off of them when we got into protocol 1000. Positive note, her blood pressure hasn't spiked and the drops also keep the fluid from building up on her lungs (no water pill needed!). I did the clay protocol with her as well; I don't want her to do anything that I'm not doing with her. We did the clay protocol for three days because she can't really tell me if she feels better or worse. We're going to continue a clay mix in the am and at night as a daily practice.
Well, two days ago, her circulation got worse. Her feet and hands are usually on the cold side, but one foot was so cold it was purple. She always has on socks so I never think to check, but I had started rubbing virgin coconut oil on her for dry skin and I saw it. I slowly warmed her back up so as not to stress her system, but I thought I'd read that the DMSO from protocol 1000 Plus helps as a blood thinner or with circulation. It isn't working. Well, it MAY be working, but any time I add DMSO to the drops, she vomits sometime in the day. There's no allergy; I tried the skin test. I'm following the directions of three drops DMSO per activated MMS. 2 drops of MMS = 6 drops DMSO. She's not overeating because it's a fight to get her to eat anything that isn't cookies. What do I do? Do I go down to 1 drop per hour so the DMSO is less? Do I need to add something? She does fine if it's just the MMS drops at 2 per hour, but for some reason, she has puked today and yesterday since starting the DMSO.
On another note, we were going to start getting her to ingest the virgin coconut oil. I'm guessing it must be a natural laxative because it was quite a mess here three days ago after a small bit of coconut oil was drank (maybe 1/2 tablespoon twice in a day). I'll start slower on that as well to try to improve cognitive function. One mess at a time.
Has anyone else encountered getting sick with the DMSO addition? How did you fix it? Thanks!

She is ingesting too much DMSO. Jim says UP TO 3 drops of DMSO per 1 drop MMS1 dose. Reduce to add only 1 drop of DMSO per each MMS1 drop, or stop adding completely.

Step 3 (page 89 in Jim's book)
"If after adding DMSO to your dose you experience discomfort (such as nausea, diarrhea, etc.), reduce the amount of DMSO you are adding on the next dose. Instead of adding 3 drops of DMSO per 1 drop of MMS1, reduce to 2 drops of DMSO to 1 drop of MMS1. If you still have discomfort, reduce the DMSO by another drop, in other words, use 1 drop of DMSO per 1 drop of MMS1. If you still experience discomfort after reducing the amount of DMSO 2 times, then completely stop adding DMSO to your MMS1 doses for a day. Then start back with small doses of DMSO and build up slowly to 3 drops of DMSO per 1 drop of MMS1."
