and another question, can such a mixture damage the surrounding healthy skin ?!
What I do is saturate a ball of tissue about the size of the area to be treated and then tape it down with packaging tape so the CLO2 cannot escape and leave that in place for about 10 minutes. I don't use any DMSO (but a little would probably be a good idea) and I use full strength CDH4000 (so it's 4000 ppm CLO2). After a day or 2 the area, and the good skin around the area to be treated will turn brown and scab up. Eventually that will fall off and the result is that the problem is now gone. I see this approach as basically a way to use CLO2 to create a type of chemical burn that is safe to use and gets rid of the problem. I use if for stuff that looks like skin cancer, moles, and warts. If it doesn't remove it the first time, I just do it again and again until the problem is gone.
