Great question. I have asked Jim to compare HOCL generated by "Eco One Hypochlorous Acid HOCL Generator" and MMS2 used in capsules. Apparently you can measure HOCL by using CL test strips or a CL photometer.

This is a review of those CL test strips linked above:

"We purchased an HOCL system for the house for use during the pandemic. We needed strips to test the strength of the acid. The strips measure the strength of the acid. The strips work, the product arrived on time and the price paid for the product was good. I highly recommend the product and the seller."

Isn't there a table of equivalence between mms1 and mms2 and from there be able to determine how many milligrams of hocl would be ideal?

Let's say I get a gallon of HOCl from a lab and the label says 500ppm.
If it could be diluted with x ml of water, according to proportions, I would get it to a safe ppm according to if there was a table as mentioned above to determine the safe milligrams of hypochlorous acid.

MMS1 and MMS2 do not produce the same chemical, so they can't be compared. You can't compare apples to oranges because they are not the same.

MMS1 produces chlorine dioxide (CLO2) and MMS2 produces hypochlorous acid (HOCL).

You could measure a recommended dose of MMS2 crystals (calcium hypochlorite) in a glass of water and then dose HOCL accordingly.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
