I've been using MMS off/on for a year now + am very thankful for this forum.
Although I bought MMS/DMSO to strengthen my immune system during 2020 virus threats, there were many other pleasant surprises. Bless Jim Humble for his book!
I read protocols for my dental woes + followed up w/ help from this forum. It's been a wild ride pain-wise. Hard times were relieved with cloves essential oil. In Hawaii, there's no professional help + doctors are not allowed to prescribe HCQ or MMS to anyone-- can't talk about it! In summary, there's been lots of trail + error because I am very sensitive to nausea.
The past month or so, I ingested only 1/2 to 1 drop per hour. I usually reduced the doses to 6 hours per day instead of 8. Upon waking, I drink a teaspoon of baking soda to balance my PH. (The DMSO was hard on my enamel 2020), I did the MMS1 mouthwash, without DMSO, periodically, -- not daily. The tooth pain gradually ceased. (But my ears hurt, used ear candles for relief). Basically, when mild nausea was felt, I reduced the one drop to half + dropped the last 2 doses. This was working well for me = normal energy.
About 4 days ago flu-like symptoms started. No, I don't believe it's a virus! Headaches at first, then sore muscles, fatigue, lethargic symptoms followed. Not sure if I got a fever + thankfully no congestion.
I think the flu symptoms peaked today. I only took 2 half doses + mild nausea returned. I feel weak, but no respiratory problems.
So, my QUESTIONS are:
1)
Do I stop ingesting MMS while I feel any flu symptoms? -- I can't tolerate more nausea!
2)
Is the daily 6 versus 8 doses w/ half to full drop per dose ok? -- I am a petite senior less than 5 feet tall.

With gratitude,

What is cds?
I am taking CBD, 2000 mg cannabidiol. Mainly for skin cancer.
On the 5th day of flu-like symptoms w/o MMS today (Mar 7th), = no nausea! A bit of fatigue + sore ear remain.
Also note I am a petite senior, less than 5 feet tall. Perhaps that has something to do with lower dosing toleration of MMS?
So far, I'm thinking no MMS until flu symptoms are gone. I'll try the mouthwash later today w/o ingesting any. I'll also use an ear candle today.
Hope this helps someone taking MMS with a flu bug.
