Hello, my blood pressure has always been low. I am 68. But I had a feeling that when I have taken CDS it was getting lower, so shortly after taking the CDS, I took my blood pressure. I was pretty surprised. My reading was 197/120/. I took it again a little later thinking it would eventually go down. It was 247/120 the second time. Is CDS supposed to temporarily spike the blood pressure? I have health issues, is it possible that this is part of the healing crisis (herx)? I would hate to stop taking the CDS because it has given me such a feeling of wellbeing and so much energy.The way I am taking it is drinking a measure of 4 ml of CDS in a litre of water every hour. I am working up to 10ml in a litre, but hard experience with MSM taught me to go slowly and with caution. I would appreciate any advice or information anyone may have. Thank you.
