varicocele

I suffer from varicocele, which protocol would be appropriate in your opinion.

I was thinking best protocol is 1000 plus as it contain DMSO

and also thinking spry testicles by DMSO while I am one protocol 1000 Plus.

I have couples questions:

1-Do I have to take DMSO all the time with mms1 dose? I mean I have to take DMSO for 8 hours every hour I ask this because someone told me with varicocele enough to take just 12 drops of DMSO each day another says take just 9 drops for 4 hours no need to take it 8 hours ?

2-Do I make spry of DMSO 70% is enough and how many time per day spry testicles and how long I keep it before I clean testicles with water and should I use it everyday or day after day?(I ask because never use it before and heard skin sensitive to it)?

3-instead of DMSO as a spray which substance will be better? does CDS better than DMSO as a spray in this case

please advice me and if there any different protocol you think better than 1000 plus
