If it could, you would not be alive. Karen, what is the alkaline water you are using and how are you using it? If you are dosing every 15 minutes, you are following one of the protocol 115 protocols. Sorry, I typed the wrong protocol yesterday. I am doing the Protocol 115 Plus Updated with CDS. 6.7ml every 15 min for 2 hours daily. I just stumbled onto the infosheet. I had already started on Protocol 1000, but switched over a few days ago when I saw the updated 115. It doesn't have a date on it. Is it new? I'll let you know when I finished my 21 days, but so far it's going very well and I'm feeling better each day.

I'm just using the Costco high alkaline water that comes in a case of 1 liter bottles, it says 9.5+.

Thanks Karen for the info on high pH water at Costco. I will look for it next time I'm at Costco. I want to measure if it reduces CLO2 content of MMS1, CDS or CDH. If it does not reduce CLO2, then it might be useful for teeth brushing.

What are the ingredients of the high pH water? They should be listed on the container of water.

I don't see where 6.7 ml of CDS every 15 minutes is listed. If whatever you are doing seems to be working for you, continue doing the same. Keep us updated.

CLO2 Offline Administrator Posts: 5562 Thank you received: 4393	Shan, I suggest you measure the pH of the solution you will be brushing with, and if it is too low, know that it will soften tooth enamel and brushing may remove some enamel. There are pH test strips, either individually or on a roll that you can use. Search online for them and choose Images to see what they look like.

I think the reason is because people new to MMS don't know about CDS, or CDH. If you read Jim Humble's latest book, he mentions them, but does not give much information. And, NONE of his protocols in the book tells you how to dose CDS and CDH with them.

He had included my equivalency charts in a pre-release version of the book, but they were not in the final version of the book. Also, there was a G2C approved CDS protocol, but it is not in the book or online. It used be online, but Jim had it removed. Why, I do not know. You will find it on my website, mmsinfo.org. If one was a conspiracy theorist, one might conclude that CDS has been memory holed.

Hi ,as I was reading in jim humble's latest book.. I see he had mentioned CDS but he he said thar MMS is powerful in fresh made doses as it still contains unactivatrd sodium chlorite .... and thats clearly leads me to use MMS over CDS .. do you agree ! Or as they claimed that cds a bit lighter on the stomach as it was already fully activated in gas form . I am new to Mms trying to know the best for my family .
