Thank you so much for your answer .. can you tell me why you think CDS is better from your point of view . I don't kniw which side to follow jim or andreas !
I believe than jim humble saud make fresh dose every hour .. but with CDS andreas said make it and keep it in the fridge and prepare a bottle with 8-10 doses for the whole day . Does that effect the power of the cds .
Although it was an old method with jim as he used to prepare a bottle with 24 drops for the whole day but he stopped

May i know how to determine the best type of clay for internal use .. as Perry A mentioned that the clay must have no smell no taste and it is just has that cool feeling when you drink it . I bought aztec clay as recommended by jim humble .. I cant stand the taste to be honest.. and by the way it was labeled as ( for external use only ) does that effect any thing ?

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
