I am saddened to hear the story of the child who suffers from Epidermolysis Bullosa I have researched it and there is no cure for this extremely painful skin disease. They have extremely sensitive skin that can be damaged from putting on clothes or removing them. Children develop painful blisters and are placed on antibiotics for wounds that frequently become infected and are difficult to heal.
Description of the disease;

Treatments for the disease by the NHS in the UK.

from the title
Infections
-antiseptic creams or ointments
-antibiotic creams or lotions
-antibiotic tablets
-specially designed dressings to help stimulate the healing process
I am not a doctor and I cannot offer any medical advice, however this is what I found. It is an active patent by Xuewu Liu at the European Patent Office (the link below.)
patents.google.com/patent/EP2926819A1/en
He claims the rapid wound healing with chlorine dioxide is caused by "activating proliferation, migration and differentiation of stem cells." (First paragraph).

Here he mentions "Epidermolysis bullosa".
Perhaps more active members of the forum can add to the little bit of information I have supplied here.
There is a protocol for skin issues which you can find in one of Jim Humbles publications.
A link to it below;

I would purchase Jim Humbles book in ebook format
Andreas Kalckers site a link below. Andreas promotes his CDS however he does give some limited information on MMS, therefore I would purchase Jim Humbles book..
Protocol D, Follow the second bullet-ed paragraph, CD can be used.

The problem with antibiotics is sooner or later their effectiveness wears out. This is where CD has an advantage, along with the speed in which it heals injured skin. I have used half of what Andreas Kalcker states 12 drops MMS(sodium chlorite) and 12 drops HCL, in a glass, then swirl the glass and make sure they both are mixed golden amber color, it initially gives off a strong smell. Add in 2 ounces of water leave it sit for 3 minutes, and what I have used is just a plastic spray bottle (window washer type), I have sprayed it on a skin rash that I had for years and it was gone, in an hour.
You could just start out with 2 drops MMS and 2 drops HCL mix with 4 ounces of water, then apply only one drop of this solution (eye dropper) on a very small limited area of the skin, to see what sort of reaction this may have. Be even more careful on open blisters or wounds. The same goes for the protocols listed below. Start out at half strength or even half of half strength.
By spraying it on you avoid, handling the skin which may injure.
There is also a bath protocol that may help.
Protocol L: Lay in bath Protocol (Lavatory)
Also for a room there is;
Protocol H: Home, to avoid transmission of infections
Protocol J: Jaws and mouthwash protocol.
For oral ingestion you can try
• For children: 5 daily intakes of 1 drop every 2 hours for every 11 kilograms of weight.
• Administer for 2 days
