I do not like the capsule method. Jim Humble advices against using capsules for CD.
if calcium hypochlorite gets stuck in your throat somewhere and goes unnoticed, it can cause damage to your esophagus etc.
I am wondering if you simply could just dissolve MMS2 in a glass of water and drink it instead.

You could do that. If you try it (and survive) let us know how it went for you.

haven't done that yet, but what I can tell, is that MMS2 seems to be very effective in battling my cold/cough/bronchial stuff
much more then MMS alone
I got my hands on 99% Calcium Hypochlorite, and take half a 0 capsule 4x a day.
no side effects either, other then pool water burps.

I bought some HypoRedox, which is hypochlorous acid in a liquid form, but I haven't been sick enough to try it out yet. On their website, there is a link leading to a PDF that discusses that products uses in detail.

Here is the website if you're interested in learning more about it:

MMS1 does not seem to be very effective against colds or flu for many people, including me. Probably because we are dealing with viruses and not bacteria.

I make and take 1 or 2 grams of liposomal vitamin C every day and so far, have not had a cold or flu in years.

Some people seem to have good results with MMS2. I have only used it topically by saturating a small amount of distilled water with it. Very strong stuff!

lamehack, where did you find 99% Calcium Hypochlorite?

yes, I agree, it does not seem to be super effective against viruses. although I think it keeps the sickness at bay, you still functional and don't feel super awful.
I went to the doc to get some codeine for cough, and felt very good. she said it must be allergy cause I don't feel sick. but this is nonsense, I know that it is an infection.
pure CH on amazon;)

On my website there are two PDF files on making liposomal vitamin C. Lately, I have been using the "new method" version; the second part of that paper which uses a smaller ultrasonic cleaner. Note that you can make lipo-c without the use of an UC.

Thanks for the Calcium Hypochlorite Amazon link. Here is another Amazon link. This one for buying 80% sodium chlorite powder/flakes. www.amazon.com/dp/B07F6V5RXJ/

thanks for the sodium chlorite link. I think this is the way to go, and much cheaper. any idea how long this can be stored? I was thinking getting 1kg next, but this is a huge amount of MMS1 when dissolved to proportions
