I am frusrated and desperate beyond belief. It's a struggle to write this because of my brain fog.

I have thyroiditis. Not hashimotos or graves disease, but a form a thyroiditis that was triggered by me purposely taking too much synthroid at the beginning of July of this year thinking it would make me have more energy. My thyroid became inflamed and is constantly releasing a ton of hormones and I've been hyperthyroid ever since.

I could go on and on about my woes but I won't burden you guys with it. I suspect that this is being caused by a virus because I've felt like I've had the flu ever since this started.

My question is, is there a specific protocol I should follow? I heard there's a viral protocol so I figured it would be helpful to ask. Any response is VERY appreciated.

To learn how to use MMS and its protocols, I suggest you read Jim Humble's latest book  MMS Health Recovery Guidebook

You will probably want to follow the Health Recovery Plan (HRP).
