From what I have read on the Internet,  macular degeneration is probably not caused by pathogens. However, it may be worthwhile trying MMS/CDS/CDH anyway.

New studies have found that blue light emitted from screens (TVs, computers, cell phones, etc) can cause macular degeneration. To reduce the blue light from computers, you can download and install FLUX which will help, plus it changes the color temperature based on the time of day. For Android & Apple devices, Night Shift app works well.

if is my case...

macular degeneration is a condition where the connective tissue in the retina of the eye is breaking down. Connective tissue is most often associated with the muscles of the body, and the fiber that keeps the muscles toned and supple and strong and holds it together. Even within the eyeball itself and the retina backing the eyeball there is connective tissue and as this falls away, it releases its connection to the retina and with the eyeball proper. It is also the destruction of the photon cells of the eyes, that which is known as the rod and cones, and as the retina detaches somewhat as breakdown of the connective tissue occurs, the situation affects the rods and cones as well and the cones in particular are destroyed. They go through that process of atrophy, where they shrivel and die. Nutrition is needed for the eyes themselves, as well as herbal remedies that will restore connective tissue. There are certain ingredients in homeopathy, in naturopathic practice as well that can provide this nourishment to the eyes and this would be highly recommended. The products that give nourishment to the eye such as Bilberry and other herbs and minerals can be incorporated into one's diet, as well as substances such as Antler Velvet, that is also available to be taken to promote the healing of the connective tissue and restoration of the cells that have atrophied and are gone.

I think ZnO zinc oxide is also very important. You play good because if what you take is working, you can see it.

I don't have MD but sometime aog I buy at random lutein pills but I get better results with a simple and more cheap pumpkin. I make soup of pumpkin and my vision improve a lot :) I also take at random euphrasia officinalis (eyebright) herb. Oil of pumpkin seeds... but I think the more important is to have a good and clean arterial system and a clean blood. My last gun for eyes and general health is krill oil (NKO or Neptune krill oil). this have astaxanthin. Take pure air and water...
