Easier on stomach and nausea - CDH or CDS? was created by lobby44
Whenever I go more than 1 to 1.5 drops with MMS I get nausea. At first I thought it might be toxins but I have been having these for 2 weeks now, even after epsom salt flush. I am thinking of going with CDH and CDS.
Which one is better for the stomach and nausea?
Also, they are recommended by Jim Humble or considered equal for for therapy like the one Jim suggests, correct?
Thanks

Lobby44, I don't recall if you are using 50% citric acid or 4% HCL to activate MMS for ingestion. If you are using citric acid, then change to 4% HCL and see if that helps with nausea.
Both CDH and CDS should be easier on your stomach is what we have heard from users. CDS may be best as far as stomach issues are concerned.
As to which SCS (sodium chlorite solution) might be the "best", Jim favors MMS1. It has been used for the longest time, so we have more experience using it than CDH or CDS. Keep in mind that all three of these SCS are made from the same two ingredients; MMS and an acid activator, and all produce chlorine dioxide (CLO2).
To use CDH and CDS with G2C protocols, you will need to reference these two chart to know the equivalent dosing to MMS1, which will be in milliliters instead of drops.
