Hi Nigel. Read your report and thanks for being so thorough.

You describe two Starting Protocols. Number 1 is Protocol 1000 and number 2 is similar to Protocol 2000.

There is an actual Starting Procedure which begins with 1/4 drop doses and increases to 1 drop hourly on day five. Since you are past one drop, you don't need to follow it now. But for others you may know, .....

I suspect you don't have Jim Humble's latest book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook which should be very helpful for you to have. The Health Recovery Plan (HRP) is introduced in the book and is for most diseases/conditions. You should also heed the Three Golden Rules.

There is a Buy MMS button at the top of this page which is a list of MMS vendors. There is no quality control person travelling the world checking their products, unfortunately.

Yes, there is a "subscribe" to this topic button to receive emails when the topic is updated.

My 'problem' is that I am quite healthy. The most obvious effect MMS has had on me is constipation (took today off so I could 'loosen up' a bit ;). I have both of Jim's books - have read 2011 for background - about 1/3 of the way through his 2016. I suspected product oversight was mostly a matter of trust, which is not an illogical position to take as the basis undergirding this effort is faith in an eleemosynary instinct on the part of all those involved. It certainly is for me.
I knew I recognized your 'handle.' You're one of the most active on here.
Namaste, NjW

PS Forgot to mention my reason for starting at one drop. Turns out, I correctly assumed that it would not be a problem for me as I have very little inflammation of tissues. I reasoned that the worst that could happen is that I would wretch all over the place, then go to bed and pull the covers over my head.

So, vacation is over - back to work. Do you recommend that I pick up the pace to 5 drops today (Sunday), then add one drop a day up to 15, or I keel over in my tracks, whichever comes first?
Thanx, NjW

If you are following the HRP and want to move up to the next level, you would follow Protocol 1000 Plus where the maximum dosage is still 3 hourly drops and DMSO is added. P2000 would be next where MMS2 is added and MMS1 dosing can be much higher. The maximum dose of MMS1 is determined by your body weight. The book has a chart for finding that dose.

Happy book reading!
