Hi people

I have difficulty with my teeth. I had an issue with Bruxism, which is grinding teeth, mostly at night and so my teeth are quite worn down and no enamel left due to other misunderstandings and some negligence to learn, pay attention. I don't seem to grind my teeth anymore but I have fillings and from time to time I do grind a little and they come out, resulting in the dentist drilling more, putting in more fillings and round and round we go, which is damaging and expensive. The last time this happened I decided to leave the fillings out and try to treat with MMS. I really should have come here first, but anyway, I'm here now.

I know have quite bad toothache where the fillings were and there is a good chance there is decay I'd imagine. I've been treating with various strength solutions of mms. I did once too concentrated I think and am concerned I've caused damage as the pain is worse. Also I'm concerned that my drop sizes are not accurate and wondering what damage inaccuracy could be causing.

So I'd be grateful for some guidance. I welcome all knowledgeable people but/and I'm specifically hoping for a response from member-CLO2 if available please. Should I just go back to the dentist with tail between legs or can I become independent of this damaging cycle? What is the best administration and should it be MMS/CDS? Are there other ways to solve this outside of MMS/CDS, perhaps natural alternatives, salt solutions. I'd love to be independent. I'd love to punch my dentist in the teeth for his arrogance and money grabbing attitude, but that's not really relevant here and perhaps inappropriate (just joking really, well, the bit about punching...).

Also I'm considering taking on a cyclical ketogenic diet, which may help as no/little carb/sugar in the mouth most of the time. Other dietary solutions welcome, books etc. Testimonials would be great.

Thank you
M

If you look on YouTube you will find many people who claim they have regrown teeth.

A friend of mine should have had three teeth extracted 2 years ago, but has not. He uses strong CDH or CDS daily as a mouth wash and keeps it in his mouth for a long time before spitting it out. He also does oil pulling. So far, he is not in need of a dentist.

Tooth pain would be nerves reacting to inflammation of some sort and nerve endings can be exposed when gums recede. When I or my friend have tooth pain, brushing or mouth rinsing with CLO2 stops the pain. Of course, you can use too strong a CLO2 solution, but you soon find the right ratio of CLO2 and water for you.

Measuring with droppers is not very accurate. I have been able to get drops twice as large depending on how I hold the dropper, etc. It is more accurate to measure using a 1 ml syringe. The other problem is what standard are you using? Twenty drops to the milliliter or 24 drops? For years Jim Humble said there were 24 drops/ml of solution. Today he says 20 drops. That would make dosing 20% higher if using 20 drops/ml. However, if one follows the Three Golden Rules, you will find what works for you.

If I was in your shoes, I would get those holes in my teeth filled and try not to grind them out!
