4 days later, I have upped my dose to 6 drops, 4 times a day. I feel stronger and more energetic. I noticed today though that I am starting to break out on my chest just a little and the higher doses seem to cause a little flim to build up in my throat so I'm backing the dose down to 4 or 5 drops each time for now. I might try taking the doses more often though.
I've been taking BC powders for 10 years. Lately I have been taking as much as 4 or 5 doses a day. Since I started taking MMS my BC dose has dropped to 1 or 2 a day. I noticed that I have been replacing the urge for BC aspirin with MMS and it is working fine. I can take the MMS every hour whereas I can only take the BC every 4 hours.
The MMS gives me a little body buzz like a low level electric shock which is just as intense as the BC rush so I find that to be a good trade off. I don't like taking them at the same time so taking the MMS instead kinda causes me to skip the BC dose.
I know that the MMS is much better for me than the BCs. The BCs were causing some chest pain and asthma. I also take the BC for energy because it contains caffeine. Since I started taking the MMS, the BC energy boost is much greater, which tells me that I am getting stronger.
