Hi Christina and welcome to the G2C Forum.
I also like CDS, but primarily for external use. Since CDS is fully activated, it may bother your throat and I think it is. It is very high in chlorine dioxide (CLO2) whereas CDH or MMS1 have less, externally. When CDH or MMS1 enters a stomach with normal amounts of gastric acids, more CLO2 is released from MMS. So, they don't normally irritate one's throat.
If you want to continue ingesting CDS you can try the Mouth Holding Method to reduce throat irritation. The method is described in
this
PDF file on page 5. The 15 minute dosing method you are now using will also help.
I am guessing that you are using 10,000 ppm CDS since you are dosing using drops rather than milliliters of the normally used 3,000 ppm CDS.
I suggest you try making CDH using 4% HCL as the activator.
This
YT video will show how easy it is to make.
If you are following G2C Protocols and use CDS or CDH, the charts
here
may help you with equivalent dosing.
