When I first started to take the MMS I also had throat irritation but after a while it stopped. I think what you feel may be the working of MMS on bugs in your throat. My suggestion is to keep going.
I hope you get better soon.
For colds I find inhaling MMS very effective.

Lung Protocol (The Cup)
It is important to note that this protocol must be followed explicitly. Please make sure you read this protocol all the way through a couple of times, and that you have a clear understanding of each step, before you even attempt to do it. Chlorine dioxide gas by itself, as it is used in this procedure, is the strongest way we ingest it. Therefore I cannot stress enough the need to closely heed the instructions or it can otherwise be dangerous. Likewise, if you will carefully follow the instructions it can also breathe new life into your lungs.
If you follow these instructions to the letter there is no danger, but people often get too enthusiastic and do too much and then they can suffer. I hesitate to tell the world about this protocol, not because of what I tell you here, but because enthusiastic people sometimes overdo it because they want to get well quickly. Some may take what I say here and carry it too far. So go slow and do not overdo it. In this case more is definitely not better.
Also, please read Scott's post regarding how he got rid of a recent cold. "Non-Acidified Sodium Chlorite for Disease Prevention and Healing 10 Sep 2017 18:02 #56357" g2cforum.org/index.php/list/mms-mms1-research/30839-non-acidified-sodium-chlorite-for-disease-prevention-and-healing?start=117
And, yes you can take 1/2 drop MMS1 doses every half hour.

I don't know if what I have been doing for the past 4 months would help you with your dizziness problem or not, but I have had dizziness and vertigo recently, but both are now gone as well as balance problems I had. The fix is daily rebounding twice a day for just a few minutes each time.
I had read that rebounding can cure balance problems, and that is true, at least it is for me. Sometimes when bouncing I can hear and feel something on the right side of my head which may be calcium deposits moving in my ear. Also, a lower back problem is no longer bothering me! Such a simple fix for many problems including cleaning out my lymph system.

Thanks for getting back to me. I know that vertigo (dislodged crystals or bent hairs in the inner ear) is very different than vestibular neuritis. I recovered from it for 3 weeks but relapsed. The relapses are harder because the dizziness changes and the anxiety is increased. I was feeling that the floor was moving when I got hit with the neuritis. When I relapsed, I felt like I was floating and this last set back I feel like I'm swaying and rocking when I'm not moving. I started the mms to see if I can get rid of this cold and maybe kill the virus that caused my vestibular neuritis in case it is sitting dormant. I think I might need to download JIM Humble's book to see how to get rid of the virus. I was hoping that the protocol wouldn't be too harsh as I am having problems with the throat irritation. I was coughing quite a bit before I started mms. If I try Scott's method, does without the acid activation, what would be the dosage on a daily bases and for how
long?
I ordered an enema kit and decided that it wouldn't hurt to do the enemas with the mms as what Kerry Rivera has the kids do. I thought I read that in her book, some kids also took the mms without activating just like Scott. I'm trying to learn more about the protocols but some of it is confusing to me. Also, I'm still confused about the water to mix the mms with, distilled or filtered water from my Pur water filter, boiled or not? I don't know if it's good to drink so much distilled water. Any advise you or others can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the capsule method of taking MMS1? There will be no taste/smell/throat irritation with that method.
If using the non-activated method, I would think the number of drops would be the same as when taking activated MMS1.
Protocol 1000 says to take MMS1 up to a maximum of 3 drops/hour for 8 hours a day for three weeks or until well.
There are other methods of getting CLO2 into your body such as foot baths, tub baths, the Bag Protocol, etc. There are more than 50 protocols in Jim's latest book.
I do not believe those fear stories about drinking distilled water. I know a family who only drink and cook with home made distilled water and have for years. They do add a bit of sea salt to add minerals.
Let us know how these methods work for you.

Dizziness can be terrifying whether it's vertigo (spinning) floating, swaying or anything else. You feel like you are going to fall.
I really appreciate your help. I will try getting doing the capsule method, if it's not too much trouble to do it all day long. Scott's method is probably easier but I don't know what the acid content of stomach is. I'll try to contact Scott and ask his advise. I also have a bottle of CDS but it seems that there's so much conflicting info on how much 1 drop of MMS1 is really equal to. The seller stated that his CDS is 1 ml equals to 3 drops of MMS1 (3000 ppm). I read that Andras stated that CDS is more effective in killing viruses. As I said, there's so much information out there and some of it is conflicting. If I use Scott's method, I need to know how many drops of straight mms to use in trying to kill the virus (just in case I still have it) that caused my Vestibular Neuritis and to cure my lingering 'cold and sinuses' symptoms. I did the vapor method yesterday and will do it again today. Yes, I am very careful with taking a full breath to fill my lungs with air so I can only take in a little of the vapor to fill my nose but not into my lungs.
I will, keep you informed on how these methods work for me.

Since you have throat irritation when taking MMS1, you would likely have even more irritation if you used CDS, because CDS is fully activated externally - it does not need stomach acid to activate.
If you decide to try Scott's un-activated MMS method, I would follow Protocol 1000 using the same number of MMS drops. The difference between the two methods is that all activation takes place in your stomach with the un-activated MMS method. And, you can make up a daily bottle of water plus the number of drops you plan on taking. Mark the bottle into 8 equal parts and ingest 1/8 of the solution hourly. If necessary, you could add additional water to each hourly dose. I am using that method once a day for maintenance dosing and the bottle is small, so each dose is only 2 fluid ounces (60 ml) and I don't have any problems. If you plan on taking 8 drops of MMS daily, then add 8 drops to a glass bottle filled with water and ingest 1/8 of that total, hourly.
