Janet, there so many details in Jim's new book that it's hard to remember all of them!
Reports from MMS users say they get better results when MMS1 doses are mixed hourly, so that is what you should do if possible. If not, then an multi-hour bottle is okay for the doses you can't make hourly.
The hourly mixing idea is not necessary if you use CDS or CDH, however. For those other sodium chlorite solutions (SCS) you can make an all-day bottle.
Here
is my version of the Starting Procedure with dosing information if using MMS1 tablets, CDS or CDH.
In Jim's book you will find the new Health Recovery Plan (HRP) which guides you through five primary protocols beginning with the Starting Procedure Protocol. There are also many other protocols that you might add to the primary protocols for particular illnesses. If your health is recovered after following say, only P1000, then you can stop P1000 and do maintenance doses after that.
All those details are in the book and too numerous to discuss here.
