Update on Daniel Smith's Appeal and Needs

Nothing is reliably known about Daniel's current status. It is bizarre that his appeal's process has more twists and turns than an Agatha Christie novel.

We are praying that he'll be set free because of numerous errors in the Judge's rulings. But Justice moves at a turtle's pace. Once I learn something definite I'll get the news right to you. Your Concerns and Prayers mean so much!

There are still some unmet debts and needs for which donations are really appreciated.

Daniel has an ongoing "behind-the-scenes Attorney" whom Daniel has to pay. His newly appointed appellate attorney is being paid by the Government.

His wife and daughter's needs are the ongoing housing, food, utilities, etc that are not able to be met by Daniel while incarcerated.
