Over the years I have been formulating my own ideas about what constitutes the life force in food.
One thing that keeps coming up as a truism is that if you eat something that has been very recently alive itself, then that life force is hopefully transferred to your system when you eat it. Your body can use the life force to add to it's own. (assuming that there are no parasitic life forms in the food too) On the other hand if you eat Pizza, then your liver has to come up with enough enzymes and energy to break down the white flour (pesticides, fertilizers, and GMO Wheat gluten included) and do something with it. What ? It takes more energy to do that chemically than the pizza has in it. The body senses the low food value and wants to eat more to make up for the low food value! So pizza is a big net loss as far as life force and what eating it does to the liver. One very important thing to consider is does our food have any enzymes left in it when it's eaten? Or did the enzymes get cooked and processed out of it already? Enzymes are lost at temperatures above 135 degrees F! So what is alive that we can eat and gain strength? (and not poison ourselves) That is the $64 dollar question. Most of the grocery store food is dead already. If it had any enzymes in it then it wouldn't last on the shelf long enough and when you opened the box it would be spoiled. This would include anything in a box or a can. How can we get life out of something that is full of preservatives and has been dead and cooked for six months? Watch the You Tube video "Super Size Me" and you will get an idea of how this all works in the corporate world. How can we digest instead of ferment our food? It takes enzymes and strong stomach acid to get the cells in the food broken open so that the nutrients and aminio acids can be absorbed and utilized. We have to be able to make NEW live human cells all the time just to repair some of the wear and tear of life! We actually don't live on food itself, we live on Amino acids and sugars that are absorbed thru all the mucus membranes in the gut. About 55% of the energy we get from food is used up in the process of digestion. It's not a very efficient process, but it's still better than our cars do as far as converting energy from one form to another. Candida is always there to take over in an emergency, but this starts the fermenting process or worse and there is hell to pay later. You can always tell when that happens because of the gas and bloating and or malodorous effluent that drives us out of bed at night! LOL! That's why older folks and some younger ones too seem to benefit from raw juicing and using a blender to juice things like Kale and parsley, Spirulina and whatever is your choice of the most live green foods with phytonutrients in them. I know that I'm preaching to the choir for most of you, but all the advertising is leading the average consumer in the wrong direction. (for a profit) Then if you add to that situation the fact that all the bacteria, fungus, viruses and parasites are trying to feed off of their hosts (US) then you start to see the enormity of the problem. I would include most of the mainstream doctors in this list even if they are un aware of this fact. Some of them are parasites too! How is anyone that works for big pharma going to help us? They haven't got a clue of how to FIX anything, just cover up the symptoms and write more prescriptions!. As a matter of fact, you won't hear about the new disease until they are ready to tell you about the new drug they have to fix it! I'm not so sure they don't invent the disease first and then find some way to sell us a "treatment" for it. Notice I did not say a CURE, just a Treatment. Big difference! Big Pharma is "Pharming" us like cattle for a BIG profit! Tell me that I'm hallucinating? I don't think so!. Good thing we have things like MMS and our friends that think outside the box! Hats off for Jim Humble and friends!
