I had a sensation in my colon and noticed blood in my stool many m,nths ago. Doing some probiotics and oregano oil and noticed some improvement then remembered I had some MMS. I've been doing the Protocol 1000 mainly but have tried 2 drops/hr 10x day and 3 drops/hr 10x a day and the blood in the stool has increased in frequency.

In other words, I used to have the uncomfortable sensation in my lower colon, which was the precursor to blood in the stool, maybe once/month then it happened once a week but since taking MMS it has increased to daily and sometimes with each elimination. By changing doses nothing is changing for the better in terms of the frequency of blood in the stool. This is a colon issue and likely ulcerative colitis. I feel great, energy is high, I'm regular and I sleep normal pretty much.

Any input form anyone with deeper understanding or similar situation would be appreciated. I plan on doing another retention enema with probiotics and perhaps even do one with MMS yet want to see how things unfold over the next week as it's been 7 days doing the MMS protocol and I'll do 14 days.

Hi Shivas,

My name is Cari and I am Jim Humble's personal assistant. Jim read your post and wrote a reply to you, I am posting it here below. Hope you get well soon!

From Jim:

Shivas, Several years ago when I got to 60,000, I quit counting how many people I deal with (by Internet, by email, by telephone, and in person) with bad health problems. I am telling you this so you can understand what I say next. During that time I have always found that when some kind of a change happens after one starts taking MMS, it is always the beginning of some type of improvement. Out of all of those times, there were a few hundred cases of people who had bleeding from the colon and other parts of the body, and most of them all bled more at first, before they got better. The bleeding often means that more fresh blood is reaching the bad area. The fresh blood is part of the healing process. Sorry to say it can sometimes look like it is worse before it gets better.

The fact that you are feeling OK and that you have energy tells me that whatever you have must be clearing up, otherwise the situation would probably be putting poisons into your system and that would be making you feel a lot worse. In my opinion it must be getting better, as I have often seen happen. Sorry to say sometimes it looks worse before it gets better, it’s part of the healing process. Again, the fact that you have energy and feel ok is a good sign.

If you do not have the latest copy of my book (the MMS Health Recovery Manual—Pre-Release #2) see if you can get it. (Available at: jhbooks.org. If you do not have the money to get it, let me know and I will send it to you.) Please read it carefully—especially the chapter on “Reality Check”. Make sure you are not doing anything that would hinder MMS from working—check out all the details. I have found that when MMS doesn't work, something is probably being done to prevent it from working. Like drinking coffee, orange juice, milk, tea. I would suggest you only eat small meals or snacks between doses. There are 18 things listen in the book to check on.

And yes, I would do MMS enemas two or three times a day. If using MMS1 start with 5 activated drops in the enema bag and increase up to 30 drops over a couple of days. Now, I’ll add my disclaimer. I haven’t used a disclaimer for 15 years, but those FDA fellows have been pretty bad lately.

This is my disclaimer as it seems everyone must have a disclaimer now days: I have given certain advice in the above post. It is the advice I would follow myself if I were in the same situation. However I do not advise you or the person this letter refers to, to follow my advice without getting the advice of a professional. Each person must take responsibility for his own health. So do as you know you should.

Hi Jim,

Your reply is greatly appreciated. One thing I do understand about healing is things virtually always gets worse before they get better and I trust the healing process to run its course and I listen to my body. I wasn't scared or alarmed but thought it made sense to submit my post in hopes of someone in a similar situation responding. Your response is, once again, deeply appreciated.

Update: it's been 2 days since my post and no blood in stool today and significantly lessened feelings in the colon. Gas and stomach gurgling are noticeably less, as well. It's day 9 of the protocol and will continue for another week or so. Will do the retention enemas. I do occasional enemas for the probiotics as well to replenish the intestinal walls with healthy bacteria and I consistently do a daily regimine of probiotics.

I can say the combination of MMS Protocol, highest quality probiotics, oregano oil (for a month prior to starting the MMS) and retention enemas are a working formula for me and perhaps others will see this and take these steps, if they feel it works for their bodies. I will continue on this course of action.

One question: How long should I continue the MMS, as far as a daily intake goes? And how often (how many) retention enemas are suggested?

By the way, I've been using drops of squeezed lemons and MMS - 1 drop mms to 5 drops lemon. I doubled the intake and do 2 drops mms and 10 drops lemon in a 4 ounce glass of water. I did this from the start. I'm not sure if this is one or any of your protocols but I just listen to my intuition and then listen to my body and adjust as I go. But I haven't changed anything, just sticking with this as it seems to be working.

If you have any comments on this I'll openly receive them.

I understand the FDA issues and give my consent for you to freely express your input as I will decide what to use from your comments and in no way hold you liable for anything that happens to me as a result of me acting on your suggestions or not acting on them. I am solely responsible for my body, choices and health.

With gratitude

HI Shivas, Again, I am passing this on from Jim:

On the enemas and also on taking MMS I suggest you follow the Golden Rules of MMS (which is really the golden rules for all other health recovery and improvement technologies.

(1) As long as you are getting better do not change anything. So that means don't stop what you are doing.

(2). If what you are doing, taking MMS or any other health thing and it makes you feel worse, cut the MMS or health thing in half but continue. Keep cutting it in half until it no long makes you feel worse when you continue.

(3) If you are not getting better or not feeling worse then go to the next level of MMS or exercise or health thing whatever it might be that you are doing. For MMS see the MMS Health Recovery Plan in the book. It takes you upward until you are well and healthy.

These three rules always apply until you are well, and then go the maintenance dose of one 6-drop dose a day.

Hi Jim, I know you're a busy man so I'm thankful for you taking the time to reply. I will follow those 3 golden rules. I plan on doing some daily enemas to see how my body reacts. Intuitively it makes sense to do so I'll move forward with it.

I'll just keep plugging along, one day at a time, and stay committed to the entire process! I plan on posting updates for others to see. Perhaps someone else experiencing this can benefit from this forum thread. I know I have and I am very grateful to you, Jim.

Time to go and get a copy of your book... :)

Thanks again for your time and your insights.

Sincerely,
Wade

Just an update for others who may be experiencing similar issues. My comments are only meant to share my experience and what's happening with me and my perception of how things are going.

It's been 15 days since starting MMS.

Last few days have shown one day with no blood in stool. Yet most days blood in stool continues yet in smaller amounts. Quite small in fact.

Sensation in lower colon area has subsided yet a new sensation occurs a bit higher in the colon and closer to the navel. It is an uncomfortable feeling but not pain. Clearly not a good feeling but not sure what it is. t is consistent and runs along the entire side of the colon from my chest to just below my navel.

Eating normal no loss of appetite.

My regularity has changed. I had previously almost always went to the bathroom when I woke up now it is approx. 2 hours later each day. I still evacuate 2 - 3 times/day. Never diarrhea just normal stools.

Did retention enema with 5 drops MMS mix and tried 10 and that was too much as it caused major gas, gurgling and increased bleeding. 5 seems to be right as of now.

Will do daily enemas.

Been taking Probiotics but realized they are dairy based and wonder if this conflicts with the MMS protocols of not having milk when using MMS. Any thoughts?

I am going to stop the probiotics for a day and see how my colon feels.

Anyone else out there have results/experiences with MMS and colon issues?

It's great to see you are "listening to your body". Keep it up. Maybe seeking out a different probiotic would help. The "milk based" question is a huge subject, If you are taking a milk based probiotic is it based on raw milk? There are many variables. Do you try to get probiotics in the form of fermented foods? Keep us posted. --Cari

Update:

Not sure what causes what yet I did stop taking the probiotics as they were dairy based and I found that one of them has sufficient amounts of Vitamin C in it which according the protocol you don't want to be taking.

I was running out of MMS and had ordered but knew it would not arrice in time so I decided with the remaining mms I would commit to the enemas as they are most direct.

Ok, great news! On Day 16 in the evening there was a noticeable feeling of ease and comfort. No sensation in large intestine and minimal sensations in the lower colon area. Next morning was the same. Felt really good.

No blood in stool for 3 day since then. As I type this the is a brief and occasional feeling in my lower intestine but not near the level as previously.

My energy and emotional state is great (partly due to the psychological benefits of experiencing improvement!) and I am looking forward to my order arriving to maintain the protocol until I feel 100% free of those sensations as those sensations are the precursor to the blood in the stool in the past.

I can see the light now and feel I am on the "other" side of the healing process! The side where you feel healthful and healed. I will commit and continue as I know I'm not done but things are going well at this point!

Just wanted to share this with others who may be going through their own healing. Stick with it!

BTW - get an inversion table if you can and hang upside down after an enema. I've been doing this all along and believe it's a great way to retain the enema fluids longer and food your entire colon with the mixture. This may sound weird but I actually look forward to the enema and getting on my inversion table! After I finish and sit and relax there is a wonderful feeling of ease and inner calm. I just soak in the feelings of health and use that time to visualize more of it. :)

With gratitude
