Hi again,
I'm on Protocol 1000 now at 3 drops an hour. (first day was OK until after it was done. I had missed lunch and I got a little nausea about 5PM I ended up having to take a vitamin C to get the nausea under control.
I'm haveing a slight problem with constipation, so I took 3 Prima Cleanse colon cleanser capsules after the dosing hours in hopes that it would help. It helps a little, but the bowels are still slow. There is Bentonite clay in these and I'm not sure if that is OK to use with 1000 or not. I'm also taking some Probiotics and that seems to keep my energy level up a bit. Overall, I feel pretty good to be in the middle of this fairly heavy cleanse.
I want to switch over to CDS as soon as possible or go to some HCL instead of the citric acid activator. My supplier has shipped the HCL but it's going to be 4 more days before it gets here.
I will probably back off the dose to 2 drops an hour tommorrow until the bowels catch up with the cleansing that seems to keep them churning but not expelling anything. I can only guess that there is some work that they are still doing and they are not finished doing whatever it is they are doing. HA!
The gut Doesn't hurt, and the nausea is gone FYI.
I'm eating pretty light snacks a couple of times during the day. Half an apple and that sits on the stomach really well, but If I miss lunch then the MMS will catch up with me in the afternoon regardless..
Anyway, my original Q was how much water should I be drinking above and beyond the 1000 protocol of 8-- 4 ounce glasses during the day? ( 32 ounces) I usually drink two more 12 ounce glasses of well water during my normal meals, but even that may not be enough?
Thanks so much for your kind suggestions!
