I received my order today and my husband is so excited. The issue is I'm currently herxing from my antibiotics, herbs etc and am terrified to add more. I'm battling lyme with multiple coinfections. I'm just not sure how much worse I can handle. I don't want things to get any worse.

I've also started reading breakthrough 4th edition. In this book they are using apple and pineapple juice for dilution but I thought you were not to consume vitamin c. So why are they using high antioxidants vitamin c juice for dilution?

Have not heard of that book. Link? It is not a good idea to add anything other than water to a MMS1 dose. Do you have Jim's latest ebook ?

Are you planning on making MMS1? If so, which ingredients did you receive?

Always begin taking MMS1 following the Starting Procedure .

The book:
Breakthrough The Mirace Mineral Solution of the 21st Century part 1 and 2 4th edition by Jim Humble. Hence my confusion of using juice.

Okay, got it.

I think Jim has changed his mind on that subject, and is reflected in his latest book .

Kerri Rivera's Autism Protocol does not allow anything except water to mix with MMS doses, except SweetLeaf brand stevia drops which has been tested and shows no reduction in CLO2.

If you're going to make MMS1, did you order MMS and 50% citric acid or 4% HCL activator?

Be aware that citric acid may bother you and your stomach. Citric acid discomfort can be confused with a Herxheimer reaction, which it is not.

Please be brave and go slow with the MMS. I do know that sugar and juice feed infection.
personally, i would never again use antibiotics myself.
after using MMS since 2009, I say it works.
