MMS works best on an empty stomach. Wait 1/2 hour after taking an MMS dose before ingesting anything except water. After eating, wait 1 hour before taking a dose of MMS.
MMS can be neutralized by Vitamin C, coffee, tea, milk, alcohol, and any anti-oxidant. All fresh vegetable and fruit juices are loaded with anti-oxidants, but normally will not interfere with the MMS provided the above guidelines are observed. However, taking Vitamin C as a supplement should be withheld until the end of the day 1 hour after the last dose of MMS.
Drinking carrot juice is alright; freshly squeezed is better than bottled or canned. Vegetable and fruit juices oxidize very quickly and for best results should be consumed within 15 minutes after being produced. Even when refrigerated, they tend to quickly grow mold on top. For this reason, bottled and canned juices often have added Vitamin C which kills the mold and acts as a preservative.
For autoimmune diseases, I would concentrate on vegetables high in sulfur. Such as onions, radishes, kale, cabbage. The sulfur in foods is made bio-unavailable by cooking temperatures above 110 degrees (f), meaning the sulfur can't be absorbed in the gut. Because most people cook their vegetables, most people are deficient in sulfur - and sulfur is the primary mineral which neutralizes the toxins which cause auto-immune diseases. The sulfur is what gives vegetables like kale their bitter taste, and the "bite" you get from an onion or radish. Kale juice can be "sweetened" with spinach, carrot, and/or colored bell pepper. Do whatever you have to do to make the juice sufficiently palatable to drink, to include the addition of lime juice, an apple, or stevia as a sweetener. Of course, another source of getting sulfur into the diet would be taking MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) as a supplement.
