Precisely! That's how we can know what our Creator intended for us to eat. If it has to be cooked, we shouldn't be eating it! This applies particularly to grain. The most legitimate research I've seen on this indicates grain is not a healthy food for any living creature - except birds. That has been my experience. My ducks, geese and chickens do quite well eating grain. But when I feed grain to my rabbits, they get sick and die. Same with us humans, eating grain is one of the main things that destroys our health and cuts our lifespan short. This knowledge in the past has been sort of shall we say esoteric, but is now becoming more mainstream - with books being recently publish titled "Grain Brain" by Dr. Perlmutter and "Wheat Belly" by Dr. William Davis. But to truly understand how cooked food destroys our health, I urgently recommend an E-book titled "Owners Manual for the Human Body" by Dr. Darko Velcek (which is not simply esoteric, but what I would call an epiphany).

Any essential nutrient, which is available only from animals (such as Vitamin B-12) can be found in raw milk or raw egg yolks. That is, if one chooses not to eat raw meat. Cooking meat destroys the enzymes it contains which are needed for proper digestion. Cooking meat denatures the proteins it contains making them less useful for human assimilation. Most of the essential vitamins and minerals are concentrated in the animals internal organs, which most "Westerners" choose not to eat. For example, if you want to get Vitamin A from eating an animal - you've got to eat the organs where Vitamin A is concentrated, which is primarily the liver and the eyeballs, and they should be eaten raw. Raw meat is alkaline when it is digested, while cooked meat is acidic.
Inside the Arctic Circle, there is no wood or other fuels for making fire. The Inuit Indians or Eskimos eat a diet of exclusively of raw meat - and they are quite healthy, but they eat the whole animal.
Most people are not going to be able to get their heads around eating raw meat and internal organs, which is understandable. But raw milk and eating raw egg yolks requires only a minor attitude adjustment.
Living to 120 years of age and beyond without ever again getting sick is a goal which many or most people may not desire. And I'm sure most people don't visit this website to learn how to achieve that goal. Nor would I try to persuade anyone to accept this ambition. My only point is that if one hopes to use MMS to reverse an illness, they should stop poisoning themselves at least while undergoing the treatment. Refined sugar, refined grain, and refined seed oils such as soybean oil are poisonous - and consuming them is probably what brought on the illness which we are hoping the use of MMS will reverse.
