I figure its worth replying to my own message with what I have come up with so far in case any future dwellers happen to come across this thread and need any info.
I found this from a linked in site and I dont know how credible it is at all but this is the site:

And this is the post I saw near the bottom regarding immunoglobulin and chlorine dioxide relating to my question. (FYI the forum was a topic about ebola thats why theres all this ebola talk)
""""""Dear Miroslav,
Chlorine dioxide will neither increase nor decrease immunoglobulines, but by killing the virus it supports the immune system. In case Ebola would cause a viral-induced immunodeficiency (as is the case with AIDS in man) by depressing antigen-stimulated immunoglobulin synthesis I believe it will be necessary to kill the virus in the blood and internal parts of the body, too. This remains a matter of science and further research.
Dear Philip,
Ingestion of chlorine dioxide is not a method of combating Ebola, however it could form part of the method combating Ebola. Stringent measures of disinfection and hygiene are necessary and especially for the prevention a vaccine for active immunization should be found out, sothat an appropriate immune response can protect against Ebola. This also remains a matter of medical science and research. It is not our task within this group of discussing the medical and clinical problem of Ebola, but only to stress the point that chlorine dioxide is the primary choice of disinfection killing Ebola virus.
The medical world and especially the pharmaceutical companies are not interested in a cheap product like chlorine dioxide, but inventing high-profit-making products only.""""""
If anyone else can clarify this info that chlorine dioxide and immunoglobuline do not effect each other negatively in any way it would be much appreciated. Thank you
