Dawna, your statement
I have no problem with a dab more of the activator
will cause problems when making CDH. 25% more activator is a problem when making CDH regardless of what the instructors said. They have not done the tests we have and don't seem interested in our testing. We have tried to explain why 5% HCL should not be used to make CDH, but they refuse to listen.
It seems only Tomas, Scott and I have performed various tests and used instruments other than test strips on CDH. Scott discovered that after 2 weeks in a fridge, CDH made with 4% HCL would not further activate in simulated stomach acid. That is a big problem. Looking at the color of CDH that is 2 weeks old or older and even measuring the ppm with test strips, will not alert you to the fact that the residual MMS is gone.
Most people think that MMS1 and CDH are fully activated when they are made since they have a yellow/green color and emit familiar CLO2 gas. In fact, CDH is only 50% activated externally and MMS1 is at most 10% activated, externally. The rest of the activation should take place in a stomach with normal amounts of gastric acids. Those who don't have that could use MMS1 tablets which contain an activator and will active in water. Of course, CDS could also be used as it is fully activated externally and does not need stomach acid to work effectively.
In the past, remembering that much of the activation of MMS1 and CDH happens in a "normal" stomach was forgotten and that is why both CDS and CDH were under-dosed. Measuring all three externally with test strips, they seem to be the same. And they are, externally. But, when ingested, MMS1 and CDH will activate further although CDS will not because it does not contain any residual MMS like MMS1 and CDH do. 1 ml of CDS or CDH do NOT equate to a MMS1 3 drop dose when ingested. Both were way under-dosed by a factor of 6 and 3 respectively. This is why CDS and CDH have been said to be "weak" compared to MMS1.
Yes, CDS is different than MMS1 and CDH and it will keep a very long time, although after about one year in a fridge, 50% of the CLO2 will be gone. I know that, because I measured it after one year.
