Doolange, it may be that you increased MMS1 dosing too fast, which is common. Low and slow, as Kerri says, is important.
If you use CDS be aware that dosing in the past has been too low.

Be sure that you purchase CDS that does not have MMS added to it. Some sellers are selling that and still calling it CDS, but it is CDS + MMS. I have not seen any testing results showing improvements by adding MMS to CDS. The claim is that adding MMS to CDS "stabilizes" it, whatever that means. I know of a pneumonia & fungus cure using one-year old CDS, so CDS is naturally "stable". Keep it in the fridge where is it cold and dark.
Again, start dosing with CDS at low doses and slowly increase to tolerance. At high doses you may have throat irritation. If that happens, come back here and we can offer suggestions that should help.
