Hello,

I've searched the forum and couldn't find any posts that relate to this so I apologize if this is a duplicate question.

I've been using MMS as nasal drops to clear up a candida sinus infection. It seems to be helping but the last 3 days I've also had a bad headache/pain and pressure in my sinuses and ears. I followed the protocol in the book as far as strength but I wonder if I was using them too often. I was doing one or two drops and trying to inhale them to get them dispersed as much as possible into the sinuses. I was doing this some days several hours in a row. However, I backed off to only a few times a day for the last 2 days but still have the headache and pressure. Also, I have been waking up with a stuffy head the last 3 days as well.

Has anyone else experienced this? Did I irritate my nasal passages by using the drops too often?

Any info, comments, suggestions, etc are greatly appreciated!

Yes I've experienced the exact same thing.

I stopped and it got worse then got better, though it never cured the sinus infection.

There is a thread over at the research forum titled "The reason MMS does not work on fungus". You should check it out.
