Hi,
Heads up. Just wanted to post my experiences using the very teeny tiny white MMS tablets. (By the way, they are more like pills than tablets or tabs). When I first looked at them, I thought, "Great. This will be so much easier than drinking MMS/CDS/ or CDH (all of which I've done). But a few days ago when I felt a cold coming on, I finally tried them and I was disappointed to discover quite the opposite.

I'm talking about the higher dosed size 2 tabs which have the BLUE label (the lower dosed size 1 tabs have a green label)
The BLUE label says that one size 2 tab equals 3-4 drops of activated MMS. I dropped one teeny tiny size 2 tab onto my tongue and proceeded to wash it down with a glass of water. The INSTANT the tab contacted my tongue it burned my tongue and smelled and tasted STRONGLY of that familiar chlorine dioxide smell (and taste) that I was hoping to avoid. I could not bring myself to down the second tab, although I had intended on doing that.

Th next day, I tried again. This time I was prepared. I knew that if the tab came into contact with even the slightest bit of moisture, it would pose that problem. So, I held it between my thumb and middle finger and reached it as far down my throat as I could being careful not to let it touch anything until it was as deep down my throat as I could get it. When I let it go, there was that immediate burning in my throat and the smell, but the taste was not as bad as when I had placed it on my tongue. I downed 8 oz of water. Then I managed to repeat this process with the second tab. What an ordeal!

In my opinion, CDH is far easier to take. I do have a problem even with tasting the chlorine dioxide when using CDH, but for me at this point in time, CDH is the most doable. (But nothing ventured, nothing gained!)

I wanted to share my experience. Do NOT give the tabs to an animal or a child because you'd never get them to open their mouth for you again!

Okay- I found a way to down those MMS tabs. I carefully put them into size "0" gel caps making sure that hands and EVERYTHING are dry dry DRY!! I put two of the size two MMS tablets into one gel cap because this is the equivalent of a daily maintenance dose for me (65 yrs old/175 lbs)
I'm now excited about using the MMS tablets!!

ps: I only prepare a few at a time because I do not want them to outgas. I put the MMS tablet filled gel caps into a little glass jar with a tight lid. When I open this lid, I can smell the chlorine dioxide. This tells me that there is some outgassing. So to insure the strength of the tablets, I only prepare a few at a time.
