I forgot to add this comment to my previous post regarding I take 3 drops mms 4 times a day I also mouth wash 3 times per day 10 drops of mms do I keep this up as well as taking the 3 drops per day I would be most grateful for any advise many thanks. god bless

You can improve your mouth washes making the solution with sea water or Sea Salt water. Put 200 ml of distilled water or Sea water. If you use Distilled water add enough sea salt to make the water saturated of salt. Put the solution on the microwave or stove to boil. Then transfer the solution to a Masson Jar with closure. Add 40 drops of MMS and 40 drops of HCL 4% close the Jar and move it to mix. The solution will change to vivid yellow quick. Wait to cold down and use 50:50 ratio of this solution to make your mouth wash. Let me know if feel better after you do your wash daily.

If you have the Masson Jar make the salt mix in that jar from the beginning also the sea water and put the jar directly in the microwave without closure lid.
