People that use Email as login, are spam.

Not necessarily, GJ - sometimes they're just not real internet knowledgeable. As I recall, Glenda first signed up with her email as her login, and I changed it for her - and I've had to change it for others - I think we get a lot of brand newbies here - in all different kinds of areas.

Is there any place or COULD THERE BE a tab somewhere that the newbies could go to to help them understand the forum and how to use it???

One more? - there was a post some time ago that people had asked about measurements - mL, cc, etc. etc.
I have been working on one again for myself and I think I have it done - is there somewhere I could send it (PM's don't work anymore) to see if correct and if any corrections should be made and then could it be put somewhere with a tab to help others. Is this something I should email to support??? When I first got started the only thing I knew about cc's (had no idea what a ML was) was when I had to give my dog Pepto or some such thing.

1, place your chart here and we'll edit it for you - if necessary - I think all the abbreviations are on mmswiki.is

2. The forum is set up so that there is all "new posts" go into a filtered area called "recent posts." -

3. If you look under the Public Index button on the left, you will see all the various sub-forums for various ideas. I think that there's one for technical information - and you can put a post there.

I'll be honest, I'm just as happy that the PMs are not working - it encourages people to ask questions of others via PM, but then no one else has the benefit of the information for restoring their health, and also, newbies have no idea of the people on this group, their level of expertise, their biases, etc. So, they could very easily PM someone who has no information or incorrect information on a topic.

Pam - you are right about the PM's - it is making people post on the open forum - Like you told me one time, something that I ask could help someone else. I will check for technical info and post my measurements -
I have set them up with drops anywhere from 20 to 24 to calculate, a note will state why at the top
