i had a question regards to diet. I see on many thread about staying away from antioxidants. If im going to be doing the protocol 1000, which is every hour for 8 hours, how is someone suppose to eat? Also, when you talk diet, are you talking antioxidants in supplement form? I understand the chocolate, tea etc .. but I also saw about not taking vitamins. I train and workout, I have a very clean eating diet but it is also rich in antioxidants . I have no issue stopping my supplements I take but how does the food work? If I eat clean ,which I do , what food do I eat then especially since I will be doing mms once and hour for 8 hours.

thanks
jp

You can eat while you are dosing - Just try to not eat at the same time you are dosing - give yourself 15-30 minutes between dosing and eating. I take my dose then eat, it seems MMS works best when it hits an empty stomach.

Antioxidants in supplement forms are a problem - most antioxidants in foods are not Tea, coffee, vitamins C, and E, should all be avoided during dosing - you can do them 2 hours after your last dose for the day. If you are like me and like your coffee, I have it and then wait 2 hours before I start dosing. -- Drink lots of water during the day also.
There are probably herbal teas that would be fine. Coffee, tea and chocolate are avoided because of the antioxidants.

Pam once said,

Most food antioxidants (because they're also tied up in the fiber) are OK - within reason - as part of a regular well-rounded diet. MMS will be deactivated by Vitamin C, Ascorbic acid, and sodium ascorbate - so we avoid those. We also avoid some other highly antioxidant vitamins, like Vitamin A. I think this information is available in JH's book. /quote]

Glenda,
Thank you so much for the reply and information. Ive never been a coffee drinker and haven't had it for a very long time. My supplement regimen I will delay till after the 8 hours. I actually can cut back on it. Ill avoid my liposomal vit c .. my immune boosting vitamin I take (k pax pro) I will take in the evening.

I drink a ton of water. Always half my body weight plus additional if im on workout days or very active.

Thank you for your help!!

My husband is taking keybiotics for candida and he is taking meds for acid reflux/gerd and pancreatic enzymes. should he not take these until evening after his doses which he is getting ready to start again and does this mean he can not do lemon water daily of a morning? I am still reading the book, will read more today. Thanks!

Your lemon water would be the same as Vit. c. - don't take within 2 hrs of your dosing - The vit C will cancel out the MMS. Just like those of us who can't live without our coffee - do it in the am - wait 2 hours and then dose. Also do not take chocolate while dosing.

It has been suggested to not take meds during dosing. You can either take them 2 hours before or 2 hours after dosing. Pam once said

--Just want to calm you a bit about the EXACT dosage and EXACT timing: the EXACT EXACTNESS is not exactly necessary... you can slip and slide a little bit with either or both. The goal is to get Chlorine Dioxide into your body to go after whatever invaders may be going after you, and to keep that level present for a good long while thru the day. It can go after almost any invader of your body systems -- pretty amazing stuff !! If you can't get in all 8, at least get in what you can.)

You told someone that on the Yahoo forum, I think. I try to keep track of good advice I've seen., and that was a good one, as all of yours is. I have learned lots from reading your posts. I so appreciate them.
