Hi Pam,

can you clarify for me the amount of mms2 powder i need to take in a '0' gel capsule.
Also, with food? or does it not matter?
I have been taking 1/4 '0' capsule mms2, 2-3 times daily. Should i gradually increase this up to 1/2 '0' capsule ( 400mgs for my bodyweight ) to nausea level?

The 2000 protocol was updated in 2012 - the part you're interested in is below:

The way you take MMS 2 is to take 1 capsule (before, it was a full capsule. this has now changed to half a capsule.) every other hour, or to say it different, take half a capsule every 2 hours. HOWEVER, start with 1/8 capsule for the first day and go to 1/4 capsule for the second day, and then half a capsule thereafter. So you will be taking 5 capsules each day. The first day, open the capsule and pour out 7/8 of the capsule each time and then the next day pour out only 1/4 of the capsule.

This protocol is for all kinds of cancer and life threatening diseases no matter what kind and including Alzheimer.

MMS2 is calcium hypochlorite in powder form in size zero gel capsules.

One half of a size zero capsule, and Jim said in class not to ever increase it.

Take them two hours apart, on a empty stomach (30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after) and don't eat afterwards, best time to take one is in the evening prior to bedtime, it makes you sleep well, up to 5 capsules a day.

But on the other hand, I take one first thing I wake up and it energizes me, so it just makes everything work better.

Why does jim say never to increase? I am taking four 00 sized full capsules a day trying to kill the Epstein Barr virus in my neck. The pain goes away then comes back. I only have a little fatigue when taking this dose with mms 1000.

I also try full caps the first time I start but the concentration of my Cacium Hypochlorite was 58%. And never have problem. But then order a 73% Calcium Hypochlorite from Amazon, and I was unable to drink more than two per day. The third one give me nausea and next day a white diarrhea. I don't know if was because the moon was full that day and all my parasite was out and create a very powerfull toxin reaction. After that I never try again.

Mine is 78 percent. So the only reason is the detox effect? Gee whiz! What kind of virus do I have in my neck that this high dose won't get rid of it. People are getting cleared of aids faster than me according to Jim's book. Is it the duration one has had a virus since I have had this for 16 years?

My honest recommendation from the deap of my heart don't overdose, is not going to help you heal. If you been in this problem for so long why don't be patient and wait for the calcium hypochlorite to do the job correctly. If you get the heavy diahrea from MMS2 will be no good and you have to stop taking the MMS2 and MMS for couple of days and that will be give more time to your virus to reproduce again.

How many drops of MMS are you taking daily? I know you post in another page your schedule and I read fast. I will like to make more recommendation but we don't have PM and I don't want to violate rules. Am assuming you have empty Gel Caps correct?

I take 25 drops in 8 divided doses and 4 hypochlorite caps a day. I have been putting mms and dmso undiluted on my neck. A little itching, but that is all. The pain goes away and my muscles relax a little but within the hour I feel the pain. I feel the virus in my spinal cord around the 3rd, 4th, and 5th cervical vertebra. Because of the virus it stiffens the muscles around my neck and cause my spine to be out of alignment. I go to the chiropractor but want this gone so I will naturally align due to no more stiffness and inflammation.
