• Make a habit of two things:
to help; or at least to do no harm.
• Walking is man's best medicine.
• Everything in excess is opposed to nature.

You are very welcome.
Yeah, CDH is still fairly new as it was announecd in 2014. Jims latest book is from 2011.

I found info taken from Jim's newsletter of Jan 4-2014 posted on the forum - just a part of it is below
[quote CDH - A New Simpler MMS 04 Jan 2014 23:03 #38270 mms_newsletter-logo.jpg A New Simpler MMS From Jim Humble
A couple of our Health Ministers have been working on a new way of making up MMS which we have named CDH. I would like to acknowledge the work of two people, Scott McRae and Charlotte Lackney, who spent many long hours, first inventing and then further developing CDH. Their hard work is greatly appreciated and much benefit has already been derived from this new method of using MMS. I would also like to mention that Kerri Rivera has been instrumental in proving CDH to be very effective with children, and others, who have autistic symptoms. CDH stands for Chlorine Dioxide Holding [Solution], and is basically a hybrid between classic MMS and CDS.
While CDS has no raw materials left in the final product, CDH does, making it similar to classic MMS. The main difference between classic MMS and CDH, however, is that the sodium chlorite is allowed to react with the acid for a much longer period of time which reduces the amount of unactivated sodium chlorite and activator left in the final CDH solution. Then, since CDH is more fully activated outside of the body, it causes little or no stomach upset in most people. Also, CDH made with 4% HCl tastes much better. ][/quote]
There is more to the newsletter that you would need to go there to read it in its entirety.
Hope this helps you.
Be blessed - Glenda

A little confused I am.
Mr. Humble seems to like CDH and Mr. Mark too. But but protocols there are none, nor approved sacraments for me or you.
Use it, should we? Or should we not?
Recommend it do you, for someone like me? I have a sensitive stomach and am thinking to do protocol 1000 you see. If you think it would be good, how much should I take? Because I really don't want to make a mistake.
Thank you,
Yoda

All good it is, if you prefer you always MMS or CDS can use.
You can use the regular MMS protocols with CDH, of course.
You can use the regular MMS protocols with both MMS, CDS and CDH.
