I had a further email from Jim on this subject this morning, so I'm bringing it to the forum.
After Jim commented re: I thought it was in the book (last post), I wrote back to him and this is what I said...

Thanks, that was my feeling and I do remember your telling Andreas when he came down for a meeting and you and Kerri were there for the interview, that pH does not affect MMS. That I remember clearly.

And Jim's reply this morning.
That's right. plenty of scientific evidence of this. Chlorine dioxide can withstand any pH of the digestive system easily and it works to kill pathogens and all the stuff up to about pH 10, but it don't need to. There are no diseases in the body that can stand anything over pH 7.6. All the diseases of mankind exist at pH 6.8 to 7.6. Nothing, no disease that is, exists beyond that and the body does not have any areas that are higher in pH than that pH of 7.6. Actually chlorine dioxide does become less effective at higher pH's such as 9 and 10, but who cares, it still kills everything, just takes a little bit more time, a few seconds more time. And of course, no diseases at higher pH's, but there are some microorganisms.
